Job Summary:
The Field Service Engineer is the face of our Technical Support ServiceDesk and should represent the embodiment of best practice, competent methodical engineering, and great client-facing customer service at all times whilst providing onsite technical support at our client’s premises across the UK.
The Senior Field Service Engineer is experienced in all modern AV disciplines and has a proven track record resolving issues others haven’t been able to, with a desire to work to a high standard and a ‘let’s get the job done right’ outlook, with the experience or qualifications to make it happen. The ideal candidate is flexible and willing to continue to develop on their already extensive knowledge to become a key and core asset to our fast-growing service business.
