About the client

A leading IT supplier with over 30 years of experience, serving businesses and public sector organizations across the UK and Europe. They provide a full portfolio of IT hardware, software, solutions, and services, backed by a dedicated team of specialists who design optimum technology solutions for their customers.

What they needed

With the opening of their new UK headquarters, the client wanted to create a cutting-edge, technology-driven workspace that would:

Showcase their own solutions – using the HQ as a live demonstration space for visiting clients.

The Brief

The HQ was designed to house up to 200 employees, while also doubling as a customer experience centre to demonstrate the power of their AV solutions in real-world environments. The goal was to create a flexible, high-tech office where:

Hybrid collaboration is effortless – integrating state-of-the-art video conferencing tools.

Spaces are designed for every work style – from breakout areas and pods to boardrooms and training rooms.

Technology enhances the workplace – with smart building management systems to conserve energy.

What we delivered

Working closely with the client and our partners, we helped to create a dynamic, modern workspace featuring:

A Large Town Hall & Cafeteria – a multifunctional space for company-wide events, meetings, and social gatherings.

Hybrid Meeting Rooms – a variety of workspaces including breakout areas, pods, booths, cabanas, and boardrooms.

Multi-Zone Ambient Music System – enhancing the office atmosphere with high-quality background audio.

Games Room & Divisible Training Space – creating a balance between learning, collaboration, and downtime.
