Our aim is to make the process as smooth, efficient and pain free as possible. We follow a certified project management methodology and your client will have one point of contact overseeing the whole process – no need to speak to different people in different departments. Now that we know what’s needed and why you need it, we’ll start putting detailed plans and drawings together and start preparing for installation. This plan outlines what equipment we’ll be using and where it’s going to go in the space.

Offsite engineering

The success of the build phase will depend on thorough planning and pre-staging offsite (if necessary) before we get into the building or space and start bringing the plans to life.

What's involved?

Purchase

Purchase of any necessary hardware and equipment.

Delivery

Delivery to the site or warehousing if necessary, until everything is ready to go.

Pre-staging & testing

Pre-staging and testing at our 16,000-foot secure warehouse to ensure everything works as it should.

Onsite engineering

Once we’re confident that the plans have come together smoothly and everything is working as it should, we’ll move on to the installation phase. We’ll work with your client to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum while our engineers are on site and our project manager will be available throughout for any questions they might have.

Once the audio visual installation is complete we’ll do a full test of all equipment, hardware and software with you to make sure your client is 100% happy before we sign off on everything.
