What's involved in the consultation phase?

1. Needs analysis

What really matters to you and your client and their people? What are the key challenges? What do their current workflows look like and how does technology support them? At this stage it’s important that we get right under the bonnet of the business or organisation so we can make sure we’re delivering AV solutions that will really drive the business forward.

2. Conceptual designs

Once we’re confident that we’ve asked all the right questions and got a solid understanding of where the gaps in the strategy are and how we can bridge them, we’ll move on to strategic design. This will give the client a visual representation of what’s involved and a road map of how we plan to get there. We’ll also look at the practicalities and logistics for delivery.

Here's what we will do at the information gathering stage:

• A user experience analysis to understand how people are currently engaging with your tech.

• A review of the current business workflows and processes.

• The creation of a full user experience and gap analysis report with a complete road map of suggested strategic solutions.

• Interviews with key stakeholders and sponsors so we can get a clear understanding of objectives.

• A review of the audio-visual solutions currently in place

• Creation of an asset register including on premises, on cloud and hybrid solutions
